Worried about COVID-19?

God promises us in verse 9-10 of Psalm 91 that He has it all under control. He says No plague shall come near your dwelling… if you make the Lord your dwelling place.

So, how do we do that? He tells us in the first two verses of this chapter we must “dwell in the secret place of the Most High” and trust Him. That means we should try to stay in God’s presence at all times so He can keep us from harm. Secondly, in verses 14-15, the Lord says He will deliver us and be with us in trouble if we will only set our love upon Him and call upon Him.

For such a time as this… let’s all call upon the God of the Universe, set our love upon Him, and ask for His protection, peace, and deliverance from this COVID-19 plague, while trusting and believing “He will hasten to perform His Word!”
